2. How we use it
To operate Splitter — matching you with nearby splits and venues, processing payments, building your reputation, preventing fraud, and improving the product. We do not sell your personal data.

3. Payments
Card and mobile-money details are handled by regulated payment processors. Splitter stores only the metadata needed to show your history and receipts, never full card numbers.

4. Location
Location is used to show live venues and people near you. You can disable location in your device settings; some discovery features will be limited as a result.

5. Sharing
We share data only with payment processors, identity-verification partners, and service providers under contract, or where required by law. Venues see only what is needed to serve your split.
